Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
Pre-paid is available on selected Indian pin-codes.
Shipping charges of ₹60 for All orders.
Purchases are shipped from our office in Howrah by our courier. Please allow following number of days from receipt of your order.
For Domestic delivery – 5 to 7 days.
Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family members, colleagues, neighbors, etc. The Creature 3d takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations.
Return & Exchange Policy
1. Returns and Exchanges
Timeframe: Returns or exchanges are accepted in 5 to 7 days.
We will deliver the exchanged or replaced product within 5 to 8 days from the date of delivery.
We accept your return request, when you have a original video proof of the product (wrong product, damaged product & wrong design product).
Reverse Shipment Fee: A fee of up to ₹100 per item may be deducted as per our Fair Usage Policy.
Return Pickup Attempts:

Return pickups will be attempted within 24–48 hours from the date of the request.

A maximum of three pickup attempts will be made.
Service Availability: Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area.

Products that are visibly used, worn, or returned in poor condition will not qualify for a refund.
